The Haven Resident Satisfaction Program ensures that our residents’ concerns are listened to and resolved. At Haven, we have very high expectations for the care and treatment our residents receive.

We prefer that concerns be addressed at the facility level with your Administrator or Director of Nursing. However, if you feel more comfortable addressing your concerns confidentially to someone outside the facility — “We’re here for you.”
