Unlike other health care providers, Haven employs
a Director of Hospitality in each of its Health Centers. The moment
you arrive at a Haven Health Center, you can set aside preconceived
notions and focus on your expectations. The Haven Hospitality Directors
are charged with the oversight of three programs that have become
hallmarks of the Haven way.
The Warm Welcome Program ensures
that new residents are greeted at the door upon admission, given
a wonderful warm welcome gift, escorted to their rooms, and introduced
to the Administrator, Director of Nurses and staff.
The Fine Dining Program
has been designed primarily for our more ambulatory and short-term
rehabilitation residents. Residents and family members are invited
daily to an elegant lunch and dinner. The Director of Hospitality
hosts and serves a wonderful meal in an ambiance of welcome and
hospitality. The fine dining room is a great place for a stimulating
conversation with a new-found friend, and has proven to be therapeutic
in the recovery process.
The Farewell Program
is in perfect parallel with the Haven belief that there is no place
like home. When it is time for you to go home, the staff at Haven
Healthcare will rejoice in celebration of your recovery.
